Job Description

New Homes Sales Negotiators Required for temporary contracts in the Midlothian Area.

Temporary part – time working initially Sat & Sun  more hours as  business and interest grows. 

Previous experience in New Home sales an advantage but not essential.

Will include selling new builds off plan and showing potential clients around the show homes.

May also require negotiating with financial advisors.

This role requires excellent communication / negotiation and customer service skills.
